Handling and Shipping

Items purchased will be shipped through USPS. Should you wish to go with FedEx, we can do that too, just send us a message.

We process your order in 1 business day and we only ship from Monday-Friday. No shipping during the weekend.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate using USPS, or at additional cost for other shipping company requested by the client. The buyer is responsible to pay any import charges or taxes that may apply.

Returns and Refund

We accept returns and will refund the full amount (excluding shipping), only if we grossly misrepresented the item. You have to contact us within 3 days of receipt and we have to get the item back within 10 days. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping and the item needs to be in the exact same condition when it left our shop.

For international buyers, all customs charges will not be refunded or reimbursed, as it was not part of the original cost of the item.

Layaway policy

A layaway plan is available for all items in the shop, after 24 hours of the item being listed and posted on instagram. If you are not following my feed on Instagram (and wouldn’t know if 24 hours has passed already), kindly send me a message about the layaway plan. The item’s price will be spread over 4 equal monthly payments (25% each month). The first payment is non-refundable. The shipping fee will be added to the last payment upon checkout. You are also more than welcome to finish the payments earlier than agreed.

Should you wish to cancel the plan, all other payments, except for the non-refundable down payment, will be refunded.
